A 38-foot-tall fiberglass sculpture of a Dalmatian, perfectly balancing a taxi on its nose, has been erected outside Hassenfeld Children鈥檚 Hospital鈥34th Street, the new children鈥檚 hospital located within 黑料福利社 Langone鈥檚 Kimmel Pavilion.
Spot is the creation of New York鈥揵ased artist Donald Lipski, and she was constructed in a factory in Wisconsin before being transported by truck to New York City. The yellow cab is an actual Prius, donated by Toyota, that has been stripped of its motor.
