At the ���ϸ����� Langone Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center, I am honored to be part of a collaborative team that delivers high-quality, personalized care in a supportive environment.

As a dedicated and compassionate gastroenterologist, I specialize in treating patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), with a passion rooted in both scientific discovery and personal experience. I am committed to forming enduring relationships with my patients, guiding them with empathy, expertise, and unwavering advocacy from diagnosis to remission.

My commitment to understanding and treating this complex condition was inspired by a close family member's journey with IBD and grew through my formative years in medical training. During my fellowship, I honed my skills in the advanced clinical care of IBD, including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, mastering endoscopic procedures and intestinal ultrasound techniques, enhancing the management of these conditions.

Beyond direct patient care, I am actively pursuing research innovations aimed at enhancing treatment options and outcomes for women with IBD both before becoming pregnant and during pregnancy. A notable encounter early in my career with a pregnant patient diagnosed with Crohn’s disease deepened my resolve to improve patient outcomes, particularly for women facing IBD during such pivotal life moments.

I am a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American College of Gastroenterology, the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, International Bowel Ultrasound Group, and Intestinal Ultrasound Group of the United States and Canada. My dedication to providing the highest quality patient care is further underscored by my certification in intestinal ultrasound, aligning with my goals to advance care through cutting-edge techniques.
