Driven by an inherent passion for science and a profound commitment to helping others, I embarked on a career in medicine, choosing urology as my specialty. This field seamlessly blends the meticulous craftsmanship of surgery with the ability to make significant improvements in patients' quality of life, which I find deeply rewarding.

Having been a surgical patient myself, I deeply understand the challenges that come with navigating a new diagnosis, evaluating treatment options, and enduring surgery and recovery. My approach to patient care is rooted in treating each individual with respect and empathy. By actively listening to their concerns and maintaining open communication, I aim to ease their journey and build enduring trust and rapport.

As a reconstructive urologist at ���ϸ����� Langone Urology Associates, I specialize in managing complex conditions affecting the genital and urinary systems, often stemming from prior injuries, surgeries, or cancer treatments. Conditions such as stricture disease, incontinence, and others that disrupt daily life fall within my expertise. Helping patients regain their quality of life and confidence is an immensely gratifying aspect of my work.

I hold a particular interest in robotic surgery, an innovative approach that enables intricate surgeries via minimally invasive incisions. This technique not only reduces pain and recovery time but also enhances surgical outcomes. My training includes fellowships in robotic urologic surgery, emphasizing reconstructive procedures, and genitourinary reconstructive surgery, including specialized abdominal and gender-affirming surgeries.

In collaboration with my patients, I strive to identify the most suitable treatment pathways tailored to their unique circumstances. My research, which focuses on refining surgical techniques and improving patient outcomes, is part of my commitment to providing the best care. Notably, I have worked extensively on robotic ureteral reconstruction, seeking to advance techniques that ensure the safest and most effective patient care possible.

I am honored to have received multiple academic accolades throughout my educational journey, including induction into the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies.
