As a wound care specialist and doctor of nursing practice (DNP) at ���ϸ����� Langone Brooklyn Medical Arts Pavilion and ���ϸ����� Langone Sheepshead Bay Medical Associates, I have more the 20 years of experience in vascular medicine.

I specialize in treating patients with conditions such as varicose veins, venous stasis, non-healing wounds, post-burn wounds, and pressure wounds. My choice of specializing in vascular and wound care was driven by my enthusiasm for healing complex wounds and the immense satisfaction that comes with witnessing my patients' recovery. My unwavering love for my profession aids in building trust and fostering a strong rapport with my patients, ensuring they feel supported and understood in their health journey.

With a deeply rooted passion for medicine nurtured by my family of physicians, I realized my lifelong dream of becoming a doctor dedicated to helping people. My mission to see my patients relieved from pain and free from wounds began in 1996 and fueled my dedication through 12 rigorous years of education, which included earning my bachelor’s of science and master’s degrees in nursing, culminating in my doctor of nursing practice degree in 2020.

My innovative approach explores and incorporates the most effective wound care products available. I emphasize the importance of accurately diagnosing the underlying causes of non-healing wounds and tailoring treatment plans specifically to suit each unique condition—whether it be arterial, venous, or pressure related.

In addition to caring for patients, my research has focused on treating and preventing vascular diseases, resulting in the publication of more than 20 research articles. I am a strong advocate for the significance of prevention in maintaining vascular health, which is essential for long-term wellbeing.
